Additional Information:
Registered, qualified medical marijuana patients may not distribute marijuana to any other individual, and they must return any unused, excess or contaminated products to the dispensary where it was purchased for proper disposal.
Do not take your medical marijuana onto any federal property including national parks or airports. The Massachusetts marijuana for medical use program is only applicable and legal in Massachusetts. Do not bring or send your marijuana out of the State of Massachusetts, which could make you subject to federal prosecution.
Any patient served by Healthy Pharms Inc agrees to abide by all state laws and regulations surrounding their medical marijuana use.
The final step of the caregiver registration process is completed by the patient. You will need to provide your Registration Number to the qualified patient. The patient will use your Registration Number to designate you as their personal caregiver within their MMJ Online System account. Once the patient has designated you as their caregiver, you will receive an email with a temporary Program ID Card. You will receive a plastic Program ID card in the mail.
If you are unable to register online, you may complete the paper registration forms. Forms can be obtained by calling the DPH Medical Use of Marijuana Hotline at (617) 660-5370.
